Who we are

This website is operated by NIBRAS LEADERSHIP FOR SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC (نبراس الريادة للحلول البرمجية), Amman, Jordan, under the commercial name AI Pharma. In this policy “we” means that company.

What we collect

What you type into the contact form or the quote request form: your name and email address; your organization, if you add it; your phone number, if you add it on the quote form; the type of inquiry, or the service, budget range and timeline you choose; and your message.

With each request we also record the page language, the time it arrived, its handling status, a random key your browser creates to stop the same request being saved twice, and a one-way fingerprint of the request’s content used to spot duplicates.

We also store a one-way, keyed code derived from your internet address. We use it to limit how many requests one connection can send; it is not your address itself.

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and has no user accounts. Your browser keeps your language choice on your own device.

Why we use it

To read and answer your inquiry or quote request, and to protect the forms against abuse and repeated submissions. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Where it goes

Your request is saved in the website’s own database, kept separate from the AI Pharma platform’s data.

A notice with your name, contact details, the options you chose and your message is sent to our internal email inbox, where a separate copy is kept.

The website’s database is included in encrypted daily backups.

Our hosting, security, email delivery and email inbox providers process this data on our behalf to run the site.

How long we keep it

We do not currently delete inquiries automatically after a fixed period. The connection code stays with the request it was stored with. The separate rate-limiting records are kept for at least two days and are removed from time to time as new requests arrive.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you sent, including the copy in our email inbox. Use the contact form, choose “General inquiry”, and mention the reference number you received if you have it.

Encrypted backups made before a deletion are kept, with no fixed deletion date at present.

Please do not send patient information or other sensitive medical data through this website.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
